Our products are handmade and often customized, so general returns are not accepted. However, we will take responsibility if an item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product.

When returns or refunds apply

  • The product is damaged on arrival.
  • You received the wrong item.

How to file a claim

Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. An unboxing video showing the package and product is required as proof.

Refund method

Approved refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer.
